Security is important to us. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server. Once we receive your information through the Internet, only trusted, authorized employees will process the payment to make sure your information is handled with the utmost security.

Frenchies' LLC respects your privacy. We will not sell, rent, or otherwise release your information to anyone. All of the information obtained from our Web site will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mails you will receive from us will be updates/questions about recent orders and/or returns and notices about our monthly specials or promotions, if applicable. If you do not want to receive our promotional emails, you may reqeust to be removed from our mailing list.

Sales Tax

Frenchies' LLC is located in Maine, U.S.A. Orders that originate or that are shipped to a Maine address will be charged and Frenchies' will collect the Maine sales tax of 5.5%. Frenchies will not collect sales tax for merchandise orders originating and shipped outside of Maine, and the customer is responsible to pay any applicable state sales tax or other applicable taxes and fees that may apply to their purchase.

Warranties

Material on this site may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Frenchies' LLC has the right to make changes and updates to any information contained within this site without prior notice.

Return Policy

Wholesale Customers - Due to FDA regulations, we are unable to accept any returns of any kind.

Retail Customers - A product may be returned for exchange, or a credit or refund requested, within thirty (30) days of the order shipment date, IF and only if the problem is due to Frenchies' LLC's error, such as incorrect product. If a spray or pump dispenser is damaged or does not function properly, Frenchies' may, in its sole discretion, ship the replacement part only. Customers are instructed to email Frenchies' at demersdubois@frenchiesnatural.com regarding any exchange or credit request before returning the item(s). If an item(s) needs to be exchanged, it must be packed correctly for return shipping. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer returning the item. Frenchies' is unable to offer refunds for opened / used products, or products a customer simply dislikes.

Shipping Damage - If a product is damaged by the shipper, the customer may request a refund, credit or exchange within thirty (30) days. However the customer must provide photographs of the damage or defect by emailing demersdubois@frenchiesnatural.com For shipping damage, the customer should provide photos of the package before opening it (if the package appears damaged upon receipt) and/or after opening (if the contents are damaged), and of the specific product(s) that they are requesting a refund, credit or exchange, showing the damage.
